Skyline College is located at 3300 College Drive in San Bruno. The campus opened in 1969.  Approximately 11,000 students are currently attending Skyline College.

The Facilities Planning & Operations Department of the San Mateo County Community College District conducts a Facilities Master Planning Process to assess the current condition of the physical environment, identify the repair/renovation and new construction projects required to support the current and future instructional needs of Skyline College. The 2025 Facilities Master Plan Amendment is available for viewing.
