Skyline College Athletic Facilities - Upgrades & Renovations
Description: : The outdoor athletic facilities at Skyline College have not had significant renovations since the opening of the campus. As a result, the playing surfaces are worn, affecting playability, increasing maintenance effort and limiting instructional and community use. Athletic programs and community use of athletic facilities provide visibility and integrate the College into the life of the surrounding community.
Beginning in the May 2004, these facilities will be improved by implementing the following projects:
Resurfacing the Track & Field Area
- Upgrade the Baseball Facility to Synthetic Turf
- Upgrade 2 Soccer/Athletic Fields to Synthetic Turf
- Renovate the Tennis Facilities (7 courts)
- Install a New Field Restroom Building
