In order to complete a comprehensive renovation of Building 2 at Skyline College current
programs and departments must vacate Building 2 and will relocate to Building 19 (Pacific
Heights) both temporarily and permanently.
Originally built as an elementary school, Pacific Heights will be modestly remodeled
to accommodate offices and will receive power and network upgrades to increase capacity.
Future occupants will relocate in phases.
This project allows a comprehensive renovation to be completed at Building 2 to provide
adequate space for growing programs. The temporarily relocated programs and departments
will move back to Building 2 with improved arrangements of physical spaces and modern
technology to more effectively serve student needs. Permanently moved spaces will
have optimum, accessible layouts to enhance the learning, working and public contact
