How BAPA Camp Works

Important Note:  Build your own child's schedule. Campers can choose half day (periods 1-4 or 5-8) or full days periods 1-8 only during our three 2 week live sessions. Please remember to create an account for each child attending BAPA (parents, please use your child's name, parent's email and parent phone numbers when creating your children's accounts). Parents do not enter your name in the registration as your name will appear on the lanyards and class rosters).

Important Camp Information

Incomplete registrations: Any registration that is missing 1 period or more will need to be corrected within 1 week of intial registration. If the schedule is not completed within the week, your child will be unenrolled from camp to allow other campers to register for classes. Please note the 10% early bird discount ends on April 19th. A BAPA staff member will contact you by email and by phone with alternate class choices.

BAPA Policy: For the safety of our students, absolutely no customizing of any session allowed. Parents will be contacted for incomplete schedules. If the incomplete schedule is not corrected, parents will be notified and BAPA will provide a full refund. Any questions regarding our policy please contact us at communityed@smccd.edu or (650)574-6149.

WAITLISTS: Please note that placing your child on waitlist does not mean that your child is placed in that class. In order to complete your child's regisration, please register your child for an alternate class. If another student drops the class, parents will be notified when a seat is available.

Class capacity and class cancellation: In order to run a class, there is a minimum requirement of 5 students. When a class is closed due to low enrollment, a BAPA staff member will reach out to parents by phone or email and will be provided with alternative class choices. To ensure you receive the most up-to-date information regarding BAPA Camp, please make sure you provide your email & phone number (parents email & phone #) on your child's account when registering. All communication will be sent to the email that is on file and parents will be contacted with the primary phone number.
