Cañada College Central Plant Upgrade

Replace existing 175-Ton Chiller with 500-Ton Chiller at Central Plant at CAN B3 and upsize main chilled water line to 6-inch line at Northeast side B3 to edge of plaza at Parking Lot 4.

Benefits

Replacing aging infrastructure will provide more efficient cooling to existing buildings as well as cooling to new buildings CAN B23 and CAN B1.

Design / Build Pre-Construction Phase: September 2017 – October 2017
Construction: October 2017 – December 2017
Completion: Summer 2018
