LAB AA: Expt. 10 -- Anastasia gels. 10/27/11
(gels 1-2 and 5-6 on top; 3-4 and 7-8 on bottom. *** Gel #3 is very clear!)
Some gels/samples seem to be flipped/reversed.
Expt. 13 -- GFP SDS-PAGE gels, Coomassie Blue. 11/16/10 *** Look carefully in your CytC and GFP lanes. Those proteins should be partially purified from most of the others.
