OnTrac provides two easy ways to ship 

Waybill 
OnTrac provides pre-printed waybills for OnTrac customers.  Our 3 part single waybill is used as a shipping label and record for a single shipment. It is a carbonless transferable form with an adhesive back.

WebOnTrac 

OnTrac's web-based shipping application, WebOnTrac, is the fastest way to schedule pickups, prepare shipping labels, check rates and much more. To see this for yourself visit the website at http://www.ontrac.com/ 
 

  • For New Accounts call 800-334-5000 extension #4 and inform the New Accounts Agent that you want to open a “Child” account number, and the SMCCCD “Parent” account number is: 75507.
  • For staff members who have existing account numbers, and want to get started using OnTrac service; please call our Software Support Desk to get your username and password, 877-225-6837. Please contact Bob Domenici ext. 6728 if you do not know your account number.

    If you are utilizing the on-line Ontrac system please indicate your name and department in the reference field. In the payment section please indicate your procurement card number. The procurement card will be directly billed for the shipment. If you are preparing a manual waybill the same instructions apply.
