Description	Caption from John Hubbard and dated December 1, 1966, reads "VIDEO VICTORS -- William A. Goss, center, acting College of San Mateo president, congratulates director Douglas B. Montgomery and producer Rosalie Garrison on winning top statewide television honor for series broadcast over campus educational station, KCSM-TV, Channel 14. They're proudly displaying the fruits of their labor: The California Teachers Association "John Swett Award," given annually for outstanding service to education. Prize series is "Curriculum in Action," aired alternate Mondays at 7:30 p.m. and focusing on significant development in San Mateo County elementary school classrooms. Mrs. Garrision is an eighth grade teacher at Ralston Intermediate School, Belmont. Montgomery heads CSM's telecommunications department." 1960's
