Ryan (D.-- San Mateo County) acknowledges College of San Mateo commendation certificate presented to him at school's 51st annual commencement. Award, announced by CSM President David H. Mertes on behalf of college students, faculty and staff, lauds Ryan's 'outstanding contributions in the field of educational legislation' and expresses appreciation for his 'loyal friendship' to the college.
