Description	Announcement from John Hubbard and dated September, 1966, reads "C.S.M. STUDENTS HONORED -- Marion Wallace, right center, president of Women in Construction, San Mateo County Chapter 23, joins Gladys Tobey, immediate past president, in awarding scholarship plaques to Dwight C. Green, second from right, and Daniel E. Good for academic achievement at College of San Mteo. Looking on are Ruth H. Weston, left, the college's chairman of scholarships, and William A. goss, acting CSM president. Plaques accompanied $250 checks to both young men, and ceremony was a highlight of chapter banquet at Villa Chartier. Green, a San Mateo resident, has to complete his work at CSM and is enrolled at California State Polytechnic College, studying to be a mechanical engineer. Good, of Burlingame, hopes to become an electrical engineer." 1960's
