FACTS ABOUT SKYLINE COLLEGE

First phases of both institutions are being financed from a $12.8 million bond issue passed overwhelmingly at a 1964 election and from district reserves, on a partial "pay as you go" plan ... architect for the College is John Carl warnecke & Associates . . . The grading contract was awarded in August, 1966, to the firm of Fisk, Firenze & McLean, Inc., low bidder at $756, 840 . . . Trustees on july 5, 1967, awarded the construction contract for three major first-phase building complexes (science-technical center, fine arts center and gymnasium) to the firm of Engstrum & Nourse, low bidder at $5,700,400 . . . completion of this work is scheduled in time for opening of the college in September, 1969.
