General

The following changes, additions and deletions shall be made to the following document(s); all other

conditions shall remain the same.

I.             Document 00010 – TABLE OF CONTENTS

REPLACE in whole Document 00010 TABLE OF CONTENTS, with the attached revised Document 00010 TABLE OF CONTENTS labeled Addendum #4 dated 12/22/05, attached herewith and made a part of this document.  Changes are indicated by text strikeout and by bold, italicized, and underlined typeface.

II.            sUBCONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATIONS RESULTS

As per Section 00200 Instructions To Bidders, Section 2, as modified by Addendum #1 dated 12/22/05, Subcontractor Prequalification packages were received by the District on 12/21/05 before 2:00pm.  The District has evaluated the Subcontractor Prequalification packages for possible subcontractors to provide the AMAG Global Edition Security System, and has analyzed the information according to the published requirements.

The following Subcontractor vendors are hereby prequalified to bid on the District Wide Infrastructure Physical Access Controls Phase I Project, having successfully complied with the published requirements:

Any prequalified C10 Contractor may solicit sub-bids from any of these above listed prequalified subcontractor integrator vendors.  Contractors shall certify as a part of their bid that one of these above listed prequalified subcontractors are providing the AMAG technology to said Contractor.  Any bid not including one of these prequalified subcontractors shall be deemed as a non-responsive bid.
