Mission
The Educational Services & Planning Council (ESP Council) provides overall coordination in the planning, development and implementation of the instructional and student services programs of the District. The ESP Council is consisted of the six Vice Presidents at the three colleges and is chaired by Vice Chancellor of Educational Services and Planning. The ESP Council reviews policies and procedures related to educational services and planning in the district and makes recommendations to the Chancellor’s Cabinet. The ESP Council meets once a month, usually on the first Monday of the month from 9:00am to 12:00pm in the Executive Conference Room in the District Office. Routinely attending the council meetings is the ITS Director. Other members are invited as needed.
