You about to enter the San Mateo County Community College District Dell Premier Store. This store is for the sole use of faculty and staff of the San Mateo County Community College District and contains computers specific to our needs.
These computers have been specified and tested by the Colleges and ITS, and are warranted to last for 3-4 years.
Although you may find cheaper alternatives on the retail sites, the specifications and warranty are not adequate for SMCCCD purchases and therefore will not be supported or approved.

If you have not already registered, the next page will require that you set up your Dell personal profile. This is done by filling out a simple form.

PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS BELOW carefully to obtain an e-quote for your new Dell computer:

1. Once you login to the Premier Page, select the computer/peripherals you need, then select "Save as E-Quote".  Questions can be directed to Brad Witham (ITS) or the Purchasing Department prior to placing the order.

2. Once you have saved your e-quote online:

a. Enter your requisition in Banner and note the Dell e-quote number. All Dell orders are requisitioned direct from Dell.

b. Once the requisition is approved, Purchasing will examine the Dell e-quote and the order will be placed.

c. All computers will automatically be shipped to Brad Witham at ITS, at which time they will be imaged (ie software loaded) and then an IT Support technician will contact you to make arrangements for delivery, setup and transfer of files from any existing computer.

d. Once the order is received, your Banner account will be charged

A requisition only needs to be done for orders exceeding $1000. If you need assistance placing an order below $1000, please contact Brad Witham at witham@smccd.edu.
