We will be installing conduits for utilities for future delivery of power, gas, water and data to the new Facilities Maintenance Center Site below parking lot 6.
This work will require cutting a trench from the campus road at the North side of B3 down the hill to the new building site.
Parking and vehicular traffic along the campus road from B3 to B1 will be impacted from Monday, March 31st through Friday, April 18th to allow heavy equipment to cut the trench, install the conduits and backfill the trench.
Earth moving equipment will be working below parking lot 6 to grade the site for the new building’s foundation.
Road barriers and other safety measures will be in place to separate construction equipment from vehicles and pedestrians and to minimize disruption to the campus.
