*Successful CSEA & AFSCME candidates will be placed on a six-month probationary period that includes retreat rights, pursuant to the most recent contract agreement. The new probationary period refers only to CSEA or AFSCME members who are promoted. It does not apply to members who “transfer” or who are “reassigned” within their same classification.
* Among CSEA & AFSCME members, first consideration will be given to members who are currently on the 39-month Reemployment List and to those who are currently in the same classification.
