Subject: Construction Notice - No Water - Buildings 5, 7, Portables, Athletic Fields - February 17

Hello everyone – while the campus will be ‘closed’ Friday for the President’s Day weekend, the construction crews of Hensel Phelps (Building 6 and 7A) and Bothman (Building 3) want to make water line service connections to the buildings.

On Friday, February 17, there will be no water from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. -

o        Inside Building 5

o        Inside Building 7

o        Inside Portable Classrooms 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, and 3E

o        Inside Athletic Field Restroom

o        At all our Athletic Fields (Baseball, Upper Soccer, Lower Soccer, Track, Tennis Courts)

We’ve all been through this before - - - find a restroom in another building [Building 2].  Or, if you use the restrooms in the affected buildings . . . remember . . . you get ‘one flush – that’s all’.

Our Swinerton Project Managers - Zak (x7042), Saiid (x7041), and Marcus (x7044) - will be on campus throughout the water shut down operations and make sure signage is posted on restroom doors advising those who might be in the affected Buildings during our day off to use a restroom in another building [Building 2].

Please be careful, given all the construction on campus.  Have a great 4-day weekend – we all deserve one.
