ADDENDUM NO. 1

 

The following revisions and/or clarifications shall be made part of the Contract Document and be taken into consideration when submitting bid. This addendum is a contract document

 

Item No. 1:     The Bid Dated has been revised. The 1st sentence of the 1st Paragraph of the Document 00200 (Instruction to Bidders) shall be replaced with the following:

 

           Section 00100 - Advertisement for Bidders, Bid Date change, make the change:

“Bids due: Sealed Bids will be received by Swinerton Management and Consulting at their office located at College of San Mateo, 1700 W. Hillsdale Blvd., Building 6, San Mateo, CA 94402 no later than 3 p.m., on June 10, 2005.  Main contact for this project is Bernard Rottner, telephone 650-738-7037, facsimile 650-738-7043, and email: rottnerb@smccd.edu.”

 

     Section 00200 –  Instructions to Bidders, Bid Date change, make the changes:

“RECEIPT OF BIDS. Sealed Bids shall be delivered to the District c/o Swinerton Management & Consulting at their office located at 1700 W. Hillsdale Blvd., Building 6, San Mateo, CA 94402 no later than 3 p.m. on Friday, June 10, 2005”

 

Item No. 2: 

Bid Question – Provide backing detail for the millwork in the dispensary

Bid Question – What are the electrical requirements for the hot water heaters?

 
 

Response – See attached revised sketch PSK-02a, PSK-03a and specification sections 16010 - General Electrical Requirements; 16110 - Conduits;16120 - Low Voltage Wire and Cable; 16130 - Junction and Pull Boxes; 16140 - Wiring Devices; and 16450 – Grounding.
