I. SUMMARY
This document contains requirements that clarify or supersede portions of the Prequalification Application.
II. CLARIFICATIONS
In response to questions from interested contractors the following clarifications are being issued:
Question: Can I fax my Prequalification Application as my only submittal?
Answer: No. You must send the original copy of your application. Your application with “wet” signatures and all necessary seals is due by Friday, May 27 at 2:00 PM. Time is of the essence.
Question: I am a subcontractor. Do I need to submit a Prequalification application?
Answer: If your firm only intends to bid projects under a General Contractor, then you are not required to submit a Prequalification Application. However, if you think your firm may submit a bid directly to the District for any project, your firm must be Prequalified to do so. The only way to become Prequalified for the fiscal year 2005-2006 is to successfully complete the Prequalification Application.
