ADDENDUM NO. 2

SUMMARY

This document includes requirements that clarify or supercede portions of the Request for Proposal. This Addendum is a Contract Document.

General

The following changes, additions and deletions shall be made to the following document(s); all other conditions shall remain the same.

I.      SECTION 00100

Section 00100 – Advertisement for Bidders, Bid Date Change, make the change:

“BIDS DUE. Sealed Bids will be received by Swinerton Management & Consulting at their office located at 1700 W. Hillsdale Blvd., Building 6, San Mateo, CA 94402 no later than 2:00 p.m., on May 3, 2005. II.      SECTION 00200

Section 0200 Paragraph 1- Instruction to Bidders, Bid Date Change, make the change:

“RECEIPT OF BIDS. Sealed Bids will be received by Swinerton Management & Consulting for the District at their office located at 1700 W. Hillsdale Blvd, Building 6, San Mateo, CA 94402, no later than 2:00 pm, on Tuesday, May 3, 2005.”

III.      SECTION 01100

Section 01100 Part 1. Paragraph 1.2.B.2.C.

The following information is added to this section

Section 01100 paragraph 1.2.B.2.C. – Summary of Work, make the addition:

“WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. A minimum of two coats of this architectural coating will be applied with time allowed for the District to inspect between coats.”
