Ludmila Prisecar is the Financial Analyst of the Construction Planning Department at the San Mateo County Community College District.  She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Santa Clara University.

Ludmila began working at SMCCCD in 2003 as a student assistant in the Purchasing and General Accounting Departments. In 2005, Ludmila was hired by the KPMG, LLP where she performed audits for major high-tech companies.

Ludmila returned to SMCCCD in 2007 as a Financial Analyst where she is currently responsible for CIP2 Funding Sources and Uses, CIP2 Banner Liaison, Budget/Monthly Reports, OCIP Coordination, Impact Program/TEAM software implementation and maintenance.
