Project Description:
The Skyline College Corporation Yard Project will construct a concrete pad of about 5,500 square feet enclosed by a chain link fence with gates to accommodate the college’s trash compactor, dumpsters, and bins. The project includes modifications to adjacent landscaping, roadway, and Parking Lot No. 4. An additive alternative includes repaving a section of road westward from the new corporation yard. This is a design-bid-build project.
