Contractor Prequalification
Welcome to the Contractor Prequalification page at the San Mateo County Community College District’s Facilities website. The District designed this website and online prequalification application to make the recurring prequalification process easier for contractors to complete. In addition to the making this application online and simpler, the District now has a database that will hold the application information. This means that in subsequent years, contractors will only have to update information that has changed over the course of the year, rather than complete an entirely new application.
When we next prequalify contractors, an "Online Prequalification Application" link will appear at the bottom of this page. This link will take you to our online application. Contractors will complete the application at their convenience and submit that application digitally to the District for scoring and recommendation.
There are many exciting construction projects happening at the District’s three college campuses, Skyline College, College of San Mateo, and Cañada College, so prequalification to do business with us is to your advantage.
Once prequalified, contractors will have access to compete and bid on those public works. Trades contractors are strongly encouraged to participate in this prequalification effort.
