STAFFING SUMMARY REPORT
The Staffing Summary Report is a complex matrix that combines information about our inventory of cleanable spaces and each space's cleaning category to calculate a staffing model appropriate to the targeted cleaning level. This Report is a baselining exercise that allows us to quantify the staffing levels required at each District site.

MINUTES TO CLEAN REPORT
The Minutes to Clean Report drills down to a greater level of detail to provide a zoomed in look at staffing requirements within each cleanable space. It is used by Facilities Department Supervisors to create balanced work assignments.
