The Office of Vice Chancellor, Educational Services & Planning provides overall coordination in the planning, development and implementation of the instructional and student support programs of the District including the areas of research, accreditation, strategic planning, workforce and economic development, and educational technology. The Vice Chancellor also acts as a liaison between the district and the colleges in matters relating to educational services and accreditation and chairs or co-chairs the Educational Services Council, the District Strategic Planning Taskforce, the District Shared Governance Council, the Enrollment Services Committee, the District Research Council, the District Instructional Technology Committee, the District Decision Support Services & Work Advisory Group, among others.
