Gateway Program

The Skyline College Gateway Program is a learning community of instruction and support, which prepares students for success in college and careers. Designed to bridge gaps in college readiness, students develop their abilities in English, math, and career planning. Gateway students create plans for successful transition to the next college and career experience.

The Gateway Program is funded by the Walter S. Johnson Foundation, The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, The San Mateo County Workforce Investment Board, Skyline College and Cañada College. Additional Partners include: Gruber & Pereira Associates, LLC., CA School Age Consortium, and the California Community College Board of Governors' Career Ladders Project.
