Skyline College president Dr. Victoria Morrow with 2006 Student Speaker Danny Robles.
We are looking for students who are interested in presenting their
story in
a 5- to 7-minute presentation to high school students, college students
and parents.
1) Must be available on Saturday, February 10th, 2007.
2) Must be a current student at time of audition.
APPLICATION:
Submit a 1- to 2-page essay via e-mail to skyplugin@smccd.edu that includes that addresses the following:
a) Background information about yourself
b) Descriptions of obstacles you've had to overcome
c) How has college changed you?
d) What does college mean to you?
e) What are your future academic and career plans?
Applications are due by Thursday, November 30, 2006
