What is The Learning Center?

The Learning Center is a comprehensive, campus-wide
support system; a one-stop shop where technology,
programs, and people come together to assist learners
in developing, reviewing, maintaining, and enhancing
their ability to learn more effectively and efficiently.

The Learning Center is here to assist you in completing
a successful college experience, which may lead to
an associate degree, a certificate, transfer, upward
job mobility, and/or personal enrichment.

The Learning Center is beneficial to all learners
regardless of educational background, grade point
average or class standing. It is here to serve anyone
who is committed to the philosophy that "learning
is important."
Through its instructional laboratories,
courses, workshops and tutorial program, The Learning
Center provides individualized and small group assistance
in all levels of English, Reading, and Math, as well as
with Study Skills and a variety of academic subject areas.
The Learning Center consists of the following components:
