| I see my art as evolving and moving forward, open, and hopefully, not so stuck with
the me-thing. I attempt to work with the basic aspects of birth, life, aging and death,
and-the meaning of it all, but with a light touch. The physical materials are similar to
those I used in my childhood. My exterior life resonating with the life inside me,
fleeting substances of remembering, forgetting, and dreaming, the confluence of times,
the interface of the inner and the outer, are what I deal with. I try to reconcile a
combination of humorous and sad experiences at the same time. It's as if were
dreaming and a sound from the waking world enters, affecting the results.
