Treasurerís Report - No changes to report at this time.
Committee Reports - No committee reports at this time.
Plans/Goals/Activities for 2003/2004
Our next meeting will be Thursday, 9/4/03 at 2 PM in Room #1319.
We will have a regular meeting followed by coffee and potluck dessert.
Future meetings: Thursdays 10/2, 11/6 and 1/8/04, all in room # 5131.
If any Classified Staff person would like to join Sandy Irberís Resource Development Committee or Bernie Blackmanís Institutional Planning Council, please contact these people directly.
A copy of the Weekly E-mail Update from the state was distributed concerning this yearís new budget and the increase in enrollment fees.
Phyllis will contact Classified Council Officers to set up a meeting to discuss how the money that we raised last year should be spent. Theresa, chair of our Fundraising Committee, would like to get a co-chair elected and then see about having a meeting to discuss fundraising activities for this year. There was a suggestion of possibly having a bake sale in the next month or two. Phyllis will check to see that there is enough classified staff representation on all committees for this coming year.
Paula Bray and Manny Granillo from Facilities were suggested as possible guests at one of our future meetings. Hopefully the Museum of Tolerance will be having an on-campus presentation sometime this coming year. Classified staff might want to consider getting involved in the 35th Anniversary activities that will be happening for Skyline College in this next year.
Next meeting will be Thursday, 9/4/03, 2 PM in room #1319, including coffee and potluck dessert. Please come and help us start a ìsweetî semester.
