Hello all, my name is Mark Chan. I was born and raised in San Francisco and lived in San Francisco my entire life. I always had an interest in Science, being that my first major was Biotech. Only problem I encountered with that was that I wanted to give back to the community and be more hands on with people then just sitting in a lab coat testing blood. Deciding on what I would be able to do to be more hands on I chose Respiratory Therapy. Seeing how I will be able to be working with patients and being more hands on with them makes me feel that this is the right profession. I am really excited that I am in the program and hopefully in two years I would be completed and onto new things in my life.
