D. Calilong
Hello. My name is Dina V. Calilong. I’m 24 years old and am very excited to be in the program. Having finished my prerequisites, I was accepted into the program this year.
I decided to go into the respiratory therapy program because I would like to help people breath; I especially would like to work with children. Currently, I am working as a certified nursing assistant at various places. Working in the hospital and convalescent homes made me realize how exciting respiratory therapy is. It would be exciting and fulfilling to me to work in a profession that helps other people. My parents are both in the medical field. I guess their influence made me follow in their footsteps.
Hopefully, I will achieve my goals in life and also wish all my classmates and future students to continue achieving all their desires to be successful.
