Cycle 5 Notes

CYCLE OVERVIEW
You will follow the same procedures as in cycles one through four with the exception of the introduction to Rhythm Development Drills that were introduced in Cycle 4 notes. Pay close attention to your charting. Charting is beneficial. Summary Timings may be taken in this cycle. Use the last 10 minutes of each corrective practice hour to key the 1-minute Skill-Development Paragraphs.

TIP: Use the instruction screen to familiarize yourself with the goals, suggested time of duration (approximately 5 hours each cycle), charting, Word Wrap status and specific activity directions. A Championship Technique tip appears on every instruction screen.
