to do Rhythm Development
Skillbuilding Drills
The Rhythm Development Skillbuilding drill is done only for practice before or after you finish the Rhythm Development Sentences drill. The Rhythm Development Skillbuilding drill is unscored and untimed. Word Wrap is off and editing is disabled.
Note: The Rhythm Development drills are available in CP4 only if Include Rhythm Development Drills is selected in the Settings dialog (default).
To do the Rhythm Development Skillbuilding drill:1.Select Rhythm Development Drills from the Main Menu and then choose a Drill from the submenu and click the OK button, or double-click an exercise to open it.
2. Choose a drill from the Rhythm Development Drill Menu and click OK.
The Drill dialog gives you the option of choosing Sentences or Skillbuilding exercises. In the Drill dialog, click Skillbuilding for difficult drills.
3. The introduction/directions screen displays. Click the Next button to continue.
4. The input screen displays the first drill line at the top of the screen and the insertion point in a blank scrolling window below the drill line. Key the drill line five times, pressing Enter at the end of each line.
5. The next drill line appears at the top of the screen. Key the second drill line five times, pressing Enter at the end of each line.
6. Key the remaining drill lines five times each. At the end of the drill, the program returns to the Rhythm Development Drill Menu.
