  • Seek help from the librarians at the Skyline Library for online database research ideas and seek assistance from tutors as you work on final draft revisions for Essay #4

  • Begin to study and prepare your notes/outlines for the final exam

  • Finish discussing Othello, Act 5

  • Semester wrap-up

  • Finish Essay #4 final draft-Due Tuesday, 5/24 (minimum 5-6 pages, plus title page and Works Cited page)

  • Note: Essays are due at 8:10 a.m. when the final exam begins. Any essay received 30 minutes after the start of the exam will automatically lose 5 points.  Absolutely noessays will be accepted after the final exam ends.

  • Study and prepare your notes/outlines for the final exam

  • Prepare Creon and Antigone tragic hero worksheets for submission (20 points)

  • Buy a small Blue Book Examination Booklet



FINAL EXAMS

    • Tuesday, May 24, 8:10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.

Remember to bring the following on the day of the exam:

      1. Essay #4 Final Draft (minimum 5-6 pages), plus title page and Works Cited page (no other items required) – NO LATE ESSAYS!

      2. Antigone and Creon tragic hero worksheets to hand in for credit

      3. A Blue Book Examination Booklet to write your exam

      4. Blue or black pen (erasable pens are okay or your can bring correction tape/fluid)

      5. Othello from your textbook, An Introduction to Literature

        NOTE: No other editions of Othello will be allowed during the exam, so bring your copy of An Introduction to Literature to class. Any other editions will be confiscated if they are not approved in advance.


      6. Five (5) 3x5 inch note cards with notes that you have prepared for the exam.

        NOTE: No electronics of any kind will be allowed during the exam.
