- We will be meeting in the Library classroom (Bldg. 5, 2nd Floor, Library) on Thursday, 5/5, so it is highly recommended that you have some ideas about your thesis statement and supporting evidence for Essay #4.
- Begin to gather research information that will help to supplement your own ideas for Essay 4.
- Read Othello (Act 5--finish all of play)
- Highly recommended optional assignment: Watch a production of Shakespeare's Othello on DVD. This will help you gain a basic understanding of the language, characters, plot, and themes/issues of the play.
