Online Handbook. Please download and have it ready by the day indicated on your syllabus. The 32-page handbook is basically a collection of handouts. It is cheaper for you to get your handouts this way than if I sold it through the bookstore. And as all instructors have tight xeroxing limits, this is the best of both worlds. We DO use the stuff in the handbook.
