Subject: Construction Notice - Building 5 Rooftop Air Conditioner Replacement

Hello everyone – the last phase of our efforts to replace the air conditioning units on the roof of Building 5 has finally come. 

On Friday, March 31, Bayside Heating and Air Conditioning (contractor) will be using a crane to remove the non-functioning unit and replace it with a new unit.

This means there will be some staff parking spaces temporarily lost between 6 am and 8 am on both sides of Staff Lot 6 near the Bldg 5 loading dock.   Facilities personnel will be putting out cones at midnight tonight to cordon off the area for the crane operation.   “Some staff parking spaces” = 14 to 15 spaces.
