Hello everyone – so the saying goes – “third time’s a charm.”  Bothman Construction needs one more day to complete water connections to the main water lines on campus and test all the water lines within Building 3.   Water will again have to be shut off to some of our buildings and facilities in order for them to do this.

 

On Saturday, July 15, from 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., there will be NO WATER in Building 2, Building 5, Building 7, Portables 3A thru 3E, and at all our Athletic Fields and supporting athletic facilities.  This means toilets will not flush, no water from sinks and no drinking fountain water within those buildings and facilities only.

 

Our Security staff and others visiting Building 2 will be the ones most impacted by this on Saturday.  Swinerton will be post signage on all the bathrooms in Building 2 to redirect people to the restrooms in Building 1.   If you have questions or concerns, you can direct them to Marcus Gary, Swinerton’s Building 3 project lead at ext 7044 or garym@smccd.edu.
