Hi everyone – at least to those of us who are here – with the nice weather we’ve been enjoying, an opportunity presents itself to paint the exteriors of our two small Automotive Department buildings – Buildings 9 and 10.

 

The exterior paintings of Buildings 9 and 10 will beginning Friday, June 2 thru Sunday, June 4,  

 

If you are administrators, faculty, or staff who park your vehicles in Staff Lot 1 - - - I highly recommend your PARK IN STUDENT LOT 9 (lot behind Staff Lot 1 – see attached photo map file).  With the occasional gusty winds we experience, the paint overspray may speckle your vehicle if you are park too close to Buildings 9 and 10 or downwind from them.

 

Bayview Painting, with the help of Swinerton, will be cordoning the Automotive area off as much as possible, but we cannot completely barricade off the entrances to Staff Lot 1 due to emergency vehicle access requirements.

 

I apologize for the inconvenience this painting project will impose on some of you, but the resultant ‘new look’ to our famed Automotive Department will be refreshing.
