Subject: Construction Notice - Building 1 - Whiteboard and Tackboard Installations

Hello – me again – with yet another ‘something’ we’re trying to finish up during Winter Break.  This time it’s getting new whiteboards and tackboards in some of the classrooms in Building 1 that underwent a ‘facelift’ this past Summer.  This, along with the new student furniture, painting, window treatments, technology, and floor tile  - - -  all have done wonders for improving the appearance of our instructional areas.

The following rooms in Building 1 are scheduled to get new tackboards and/or whiteboards –

4. 1115
5. 1124
6. 1219B
7. 1304
8. 1306
9. 1319
10. 1320
11. First floor corridors

The work has been scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, December 19 and December 20.

The loading docks of Building 1 and Building 2 will be used to receive delivery, so please keep those areas free of vehicles as much as possible.

Our Swinerton Team will make sure signage is posted to inform building users when the individual rooms will be ‘closed’ to allow for the installations.
