PROJECT NAME:

Building 9 – Library and Student Resource Center

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The staircase north of Building 3 will be closed temporarily for underground utilities construction required for Building 9. This work has been carefully coordinated in order to minimize the length of this period of inconvenience to the campus.

SCHEDULE:

September 16, 2005 through October 21, 2005

CAMPUS IMPACT:

Pedestrian access through this staircase will be unavailable during this period. Those who park in the upper (east) parking lots can reach the campus either via the north (Building 18 staircase) or via the south (along Building 3 sidewalk). The fencing will be adjusted to block off the staircase area and signage will be posted in key locations to guide the campus community.
