Subject: Construction Notice - No Heat or Hot Water - Building 2

Hello to all my friends in Student Services – the Zone Control project work will be getting underway in Building 2.  While the work is primarily focused in areas at the north end of the 1^st floor and on the 3^rd floor, the hot water system must be turned off.

This means that there will be no heat nor sink hot water from Tuesday, May 31 thru Friday, June 17.   

I apologize for the inconvenience this will pose for you working in Building 2 during the Summer Break period.  My best advice to you is to bring a sweater to keep you warm during the early morning hours.  Please know that I have been advised by our Swinerton Team that the air conditioning and air circulation will continue to work in Building 2 throughout this period.  So in the afternoons, all areas will be comfortable and cooled if needed.
