During these hazardous materials abatement operations, please be assured there will be no health or safety dangers to anyone in Building 1 during the periods of this work. All areas of abatement will be closed off, contained with a negative air pressure double barrier, and closely regulated and monitored. All work will be done under strict EPA and OSHA guidelines by a certified and licensed contractor. All stages of the work will be monitored and closely inspected by a certified asbestos removal consultant. The air inside and outside the containment areas will be monitored and tested throughout the work. Final air clearance testing will be completed prior to removal of the containment barriers.
