ADDENDUM NO.  1

SUMMARY

This document includes requirements that clarify or supercede portions of the Request for Proposal.  This Addendum is a Contract Document.

General

The following changes, additions and deletions shall be made to the following document(s); all other

conditions shall remain the same.

I.              SECTION 01100

Part 1. Paragraph 1.2.B.2.

The District received a request from a bidder to restate the required number of coats required for exterior painting.

Section 01100 paragraph 1.2.B.2. is changed as follows: the sentence “Contractor must apply as many coats as is needed for full coverage” shall be changed to, “Contractor must apply as many coats as is needed for full coverage which at a minimum shall meet the manufacturer’s application specifications.”

II.            SECTION 00200

Paragraph 6

Section 00430 Subcontractors List is added as a required bid form.
