SUMMARY

This document includes requirements that clarify or supersede portions of the Request for Proposal.  This Addendum is a Contract Document. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on Bid Form.

General

The following changes, additions and deletions shall be made to the following document(s); all other conditions shall remain the same.

III.         III.SPECIFICATIONS - Deletions to the specification are indicated with a strikeout; additions to the specifications are indicated with an underline.

1.  Section 00100 - Advertisement for Bidders, Bid Date change, make the change:

    “Bids due: Sealed Bids will be received by Swinerton Management and Consulting at their office located at College of San Mateo, 1700 W. Hillsdale Blvd., Building 6, San Mateo, CA 94402 no later than 2 p.m., on April 14, 2005.  Main contact for this project is Marcus Gary, telephone 650-738-7044, facsimile 650-738-4043, and email: garym@smccd.net.”

2.  Section 00200 –  Instruction to Bidders, Bid Date change, make the changes:

  “RECEIPT OF BIDS. Sealed Bids shall be delivered to the District c/o Swinerton Management & Consulting at their office located at 1700 W. Hillsdale Blvd., Building 6, San Mateo, CA 94402 on Thursday, April 14, 2005 no later than 2 p.m.”

“ADDENDA. Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to District Representative in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by District in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, faxed, or delivered to all parties recorded by District as having received Bidding Documents. Addenda will be written and will be issued to each bidder to the address or fax number supplied District by Bidder. District may not answer questions received less than April 6, 2005. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.”
