Subject: Construction Notice - Exterior Changes North of Building 5 and Staff Parking Lot 6
Hi everyone – due to the construction of our new Building 6 (Student Support and
Because of this, Hensel Phelps (our contractor for the Bldg 6 project) will be constructing a new disabled persons ramp in the vicinity of the loading dock area of Building 5. This construction will be completed by the time the Spring Semester gets started next Tuesday.
Also because of this, we will be re-striping four (4) staff parking spaces closest to the loading dock of Building 5 for disabled person parking. Those spaces will be coned off tonight and painted by our Grounds staff tomorrow morning.
The asphalt passageway in front of Bldg 5 will be restored and open again by the time the Spring Semester gets started. This will also permit through access in front of Building 5 to Building 2 and other buildings on main campus.
