The ‘front end work’ of the Design Phase is finishing up nicely and drawings should be submitted in two weeks to the Division of State Architects Office in
So – this means it could be the middle to end of November before we start to see any construction activity.
Between now and that timeframe, however, we should start to see more and more of the yellow Hensel Phelps trucks in the fenced area between Buildings 5 and 7 as they begin to mobilize their operations and other construction sub-contractors in anticipation of the ‘green light’ to begin construction.
