PROJECT NAME:

RAMP REPAIRS & PLAZA IMPROVEMENTS FALL 2004

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Ramps will be repaired to improve ADA accessibility at the following locations:

• Behind Bldg 2
• Between Bldg 13 & 16
• Between Bldg 5 & Bldg 13
• New ramps to Parking lot 1

The plaza behind Bldg 8 will be removed in order to replace the waterproofing membrane and new plaza paving and outdoor furniture will be installed.

The plaza paving and landscaping between Bldg 8 and Bldg 3 will be replaced and new outdoor furniture will be installed.

The landscaping at the main campus entrance will be upgraded.

SCHEDULE:

Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004 through Friday, Dec. 24, 2004

CAMPUS IMPACT:

Campus buildings will remain accessible at all times. Ramps and plaza areas will be fenced and closed during construction. Loudest noise has been scheduled for Mon-Fri. before 8am and between 2pm and 6pm; and Sat. 8am-6pm.
