And it is now more easy to attend a class. There are two 2.5-hour classes each day, on each day, Wednesday, September 30 and Thursday, October 1, 2009. The morning class is from 9:30am to 12noon and the afternoon class is from 1:30pm to 4pm. Each class is conducted in a small group setting of 20 or fewer participants. All of these classes are held at the City of South San Francisco Community Room, 33 Arroyp Drive, SSF, CA 94080.

Each class will feature more than a dozen information tables on topics such as services provided by CalPERS regional offices, CalPERS health benefits, how service credit affects your retirement benefit, and CalPERS Supplemental Income Plans. The fairs also feature representatives from Social Security, the State Savings Plus Program, the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, and various public employee and retiree organizations.
